“Making special dreams come true”

Non-Party was a big success!

A great big thank you to everyone who made our 37th Annual Non-Party request for donations such a success once again.

The Non-Party is the foundation’s annual event that grants invitees a night off by donating what they’d normally spend on a charity social event rather than attending one.

For anyone who received an invitation and hasn’t replied yet, we hope you will. There’s still time—there’s always time to send in your donation. A gift in any amount would be greatly appreciated.

Sister Lenette

Our dear Sister Mary Lenette SND, (formerly Sister Mary Sherise) 77, went home to God on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the UH Geauga Medical Center in Chardon. Sister to the congregation of the Sisters of Notre Dame with whom she shared her life for 57 years.

Sister Lenette had been The Leprechaun Foundation Corresponding Secretary, since 1998. She has been a great support in many ways, with letters of thanks, reminder messages, catching the misspelled words and grammar issues.

Beloved daughter of the late Leonard and Frances (nee Ludwick) Marcello. Cherished sister of Frances Lee (John), Joanne Rosier (Carl), Donald (Barb), Thomas (Kelli Mangino) and Richard (Jenni Ito); treasured aunt and great-aunt; dear cousin and friend to many.

Thanks to All!

he Leprechaun Board would like to thank everyone who helped make our 37th Annual Adopt-a-Family program such a great success.

This year, we were able to brighten the Christmas holiday for families from MetroHealth and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. It’s hard to believe that this all started way back in 1988 by helping just a single family.
