“Making special dreams come true”

Hooray, spring is here…

It’s brighter in the evenings (thank you Daylight Savings Time), major snowfall is likely behind us (fingers crossed), and we can finally start looking forward to flowers, warmer weather, and green trees.

With all that in mind we’re seeking donations, large or small to help the children we serve and their families. Maybe you have something left over from your tax return or a little something you could spare. We’d greatly appreciate any help you could give.

We know times are tight, especially at the gas pump, and the grocery store. This has an even greater impact on families with terminally and chronically ill children. Most struggle to deal with the daily care of a child along with doctor visits, the necessary treatments, and additional medical costs.

Thanks for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. Wishing you a Spring full of sunshine, joy, and happiness from the Leprechauns and all those we serve.

Jean Dunbar,

Non-Party was a big success!

A great big thank you to everyone who made our 35th Annual Non-Party request for donations such a success once again. The Non-Party is the foundation’s annual event that grants invitees a night off by donating what they’d normally spend on a charity social event rather than attending one.

For anyone who received an invitation and hasn’t replied yet, we hope you will. There's still time—there’s always time to send in your donation. A gift in any amount would be greatly appreciated.

MetroHealth System LogoThanks, from MetroHealth for the Adopt-a-Family donations in 2023

We recently received a letter from Jessica Chupnik, who is the Manager of the Child Life and Education at MetroHealth thanking us for our generous donation of toys, games, activities, and so much more for the children and families of MetroHealth. More
